Immigration is one of life’s biggest challenges and major stressors. The pressure it imposes, even after being settled in the new country, impacts the well-being of the individual, family relations, and work interactions. Entrepreneurs are particularly vulnerable to frustration, self-sabotage, and a loss of motivation.

In this session, we will analyze the stressors and how to deal with them at the individual and familial level to preserve wellness, creativity, and productivity which are essential to an entrepreneur’s thriving and success.
