Lecturer: Dr. Fariba Lotfi
Fariba Latifi received her Ph.D. in management from Brunel University in the UK and has worked for more than twenty years as a professor and management consultant in Canada, England and Iran. Teaching at Laurentian University, Lakehead University in Canada, Henley Business School in the UK and Sharif University of Technology, Amirkabir University of Technology and Beheshti University in Iran, and the publication of more than 50 articles in top academic journals are among her academic achievements in the field of management.
Abstract:
Today’s organizations are seeing five generations in the workplace. Increasing human lifespan and the advancement of digital technologies, coupled with the rise of digital intelligence in new generations, have been key reasons.
The presence of five generations, some of whom are natives of the digital age and some immigrants to this era.
