Dr. Sharifi holds a doctorate degree in Business, in the field of Business Psychology & Leadership Behavior. He is also a certified NLP, Time Line Therapy, and Hypnotherapy Trainer, Master NLP Coach and Certified Stress Management Consultant. He is also the coauthor of “Leadership in Dynamic Organizations”, which is available in Amazon.

Abstract:

One of the most important challenges of dynamic and successful organizations in recent decades is the topic of developing competent managers with leadership qualities. Moreover, leadership is one of the key determinants of organizational ability to motivate people to align them in order to achieve predetermined goals and to make critical changes happen.

In this session, first the key differences between management and leadership will be discussed; then, the big myths of leadership will be explored. Additionally, there will be a discussion on the importance of Neurological Hierarchy and its practical effects in developing effective leadership skills.
